Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fee
The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, missed appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson, subject to applicable law and any exceptions required by law.

2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your lesson, you must notify Smart Safe Driving at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. With sufficient notice, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment one time only.

3. Late Changes and Missed Appointments
If you request a reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your scheduled lesson, your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reserve another appointment.

4. Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment will not be confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By scheduling a lesson with Smart Safe Driving and paying the booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
