Refund policy

Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy

At Smart Safe Driving, we strive to offer the best scheduling flexibility and service to our students. To secure your session booking, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $60 per session.

Please note the following:

1. Fee Applicability: The booking fee is required at the time of scheduling a lesson and will be applied toward the total cost of your session.

2. Non-Refundable: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduled lessons.

3. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hrs in advance. The booking fee can be transferred to the new appointment one time only.

4. Missed Deadlines: If rescheduling is not requested within the notice period or if the lesson is missed, the booking fee will be forfeited.

5. Session Confirmation: Your session will only be confirmed once the booking fee is paid.
